Appointments are scheduled on a first come basis. Your procedure appointment date and time is reserved exclusively for you to ensure personalized service. Because Carol's time is committed to you—and others may want that same appointment time—we need your commitment. A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date and time. You can rescheduled the appointment one (1) time without losing the deposit. So long as the change is made 7 days before the original appointment date.
