$175 -$475
Please remove eyelash extensions, prior to appointment date.
Stop using eyelash growth serum, Latisse or over counter 3-4 weeks prior to appointment date. It will affect the healed result.

Color Boost Fees / Retouch Fee
Rarely a 3rd visit needed to compete your look- $125 ( tray set up fee & up to 1 hr. of retouch so long text Carol within the 4-6 weeks after appointment.


Color Boost- $225 (up 2 hours to maintain color on an annual basis.)

Established clients know how busy Carol stays & it is the responsibility of the client to maintain their appointments and to schedule them for the appropriate time frame.
Clients will not be squeezed in,
switched or moved.

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required for all appointments.

The book fee/ deposit goes towards the total cost of the service so long as the cancellation policies are followed.

Carol does not offer full consultation appointments because consultations are done at the time of the procedure appointment.
Carol will draw your shape first for you to approve before she starts. Colors are customized to match what you desire. If we feel you are not ready and cannot reach a reasonable decision about your eyebrow shape, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment. This is in your best interest and should be a careful decision you are ready for as permanent application.

Please Note:
  • Prices are subject to change. Clients that have had Permanent Makeup performed by another technician will be charged the full price for the first visit with me regardless of the procedure. Any client that does not show for a scheduled appointment, will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any futures appointments in full, prior to their scheduled appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Cancellation Policy:
  • A 7 Day cancellation notice is required to cancel an appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment before one week, you will forfeit your deposit. No exceptions… An additional deposit maybe required to make a new appointment reservation. If 2 appointments are missed or canceled, payment in full for services scheduled will be due prior to the scheduled date. If the appointment is canceled within the time frame mentioned…the full amount will be refunded less the service.
  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure. Please understand that such changes affect not only your technician, but other clients as well. If you choose to reschedule your appointment, a minimum 7 days advance notice is mandatory or the deposit becomes non-refundable.
  • If you DO NOT reschedule you will lose your deposit and any other future appointments will require another deposit to secure your appointment.
